Mission statement of Asghar Consultants e.K.

We draw on many years of experience in placing jobseekers and achieve a high placement rate. Our services cover project and business management, the stabilisation of newly commenced employment, and private job placement.

We rely on individual support and tailor-made solutions to prepare every participant for the labour market in the best possible way. To this end, we work closely with companies and institutions to ensure precisely matched placements.

People are at the heart of everything we do.

Funding for your participation

Programs can be funded subject to the requirements of the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter. If your participation is approved via an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) or an activation and placement voucher (AVGS), the funding body covers the cost of the program — which means no course fees for you as a participant.

Asghar Consultants e.K. (AsgCon) maintains strict independence and political neutrality in all of its courses, programs, and partnerships. As an education provider, we are committed to the learning success of our students and to high-quality teaching.

We do not engage in, endorse, or support any political activities, parties, or movements. We welcome students and partners from all backgrounds, regardless of political affiliation, and our courses are designed to serve everyone equally on their path to qualification.

Our goal

Our declared goal is to place more than 95% of the participants we train in the primary labour market. We achieve this ambitious goal through consistent quality work, individual support and close cooperation with employers in the region.
