4. Non-necessary cookies and technologies
Cookies or comparable technologies that are not technically necessary, in particular for statistics, marketing, personalisation or tracking, are only used if a corresponding legal basis exists and – where required – consent has been obtained beforehand.
5. Cookie consent

7. Withdrawal and changes
Consent that has been given can be changed or withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. For this purpose, a permanently accessible “Cookie settings” function or a comparable option should be available.
8. Documentation of consent
Where consent is required, the decision is documented technically. This may include, in particular, the time, the consent status and the categories selected. The specific implementation depends on the consent management system used.
9. Consent management system
The consent management system used will be added following the technical review. In particular, it must obtain consent, manage categories, document decisions, enable changes/withdrawals and implement any blocking required before consent is given.
10. Cookies and technologies used
The specific cookie list will be finalised on the basis of the website technologies actually used. The following in particular are currently to be verified: asgcon_session, asgcon_csrf, asgcon_consent, asgcon-locale, asgcon_preferences and asgcon_recent.
