Everything you need to know about the Vermittlungsgutschein (AVGS placement voucher) and how to use it for your free job placement.
What Does Direct Placement Mean?
Direct placement is a form of private job placement that leads to a permanent position with an employer. As an ISO 9001:2015-certified provider, we handle this task professionally and free of charge for you.
How Do You Apply for a Placement Voucher?
You can apply for the Vermittlungsgutschein (also called AVGS - Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein, an activation and placement voucher) at your local Agentur für Arbeit (Federal Employment Agency) or Jobcenter. The voucher entitles you to use a private job placement agency such as Asghar Consultants free of charge.
