Information on the processing of personal data under the GDPR

Owner: Ali Asghar

2. Hosting
Our website is hosted by an external service provider in a data centre within the European Union. The hosting provider processes connection data and server log files (see section 3) on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of this website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
3. Server Log Files
When you visit our website, your browser automatically sends information to our web server, which is temporarily stored in log files: IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, referrer URL, browser used and, where applicable, your operating system and access provider.
This data is processed to ensure a smooth connection, comfortable use of the website, and to evaluate system security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We never use this data to draw conclusions about your person. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless a security-related evaluation is required.
4. Contact and Enquiry Forms
You can contact us via various forms on this website (e.g. contact for employers, contact for candidates, AVGS application, job application form). We process the data you enter in the respective form (e.g. name, email address, phone number, information on qualifications and work experience) as well as documents you voluntarily upload (e.g. CV, certificates). Transmission is encrypted (TLS); your enquiry is delivered to our functional mailbox by email.
The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a placement or consulting contract) and — for any additional information you provide voluntarily — your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an informal email to office@asgcon.de.
5. Data Processing in the Context of Job Placement
As a private employment agency and ISO 9001:2015-certified provider, we forward candidate data (profile, application documents) to potential employers only with your prior consent. For programs funded via an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) or education voucher, we transmit the data required for billing and verification to the competent Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. Legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and the applicable German social-law provisions (in particular SGB III).
6. Retention Periods
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated. General enquiries are deleted once processing is complete. Candidate data is deleted no later than six months after completion of the placement process, unless you have consented to longer storage (e.g. inclusion in our candidate pool). Statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial, tax and social law) remain unaffected.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
This website uses no cookies for analytics, statistics or marketing purposes and does not embed tracking services. Only technically necessary functions are used, which do not require consent pursuant to Section 25 (2) of the German TDDDG. For this reason, our website does not display a cookie banner. Should we use consent-based services in the future, we will obtain your consent in advance and update this privacy policy.
8. Web Fonts (Locally Hosted)
For a consistent appearance we use the "Inter" typeface. The font files are stored locally on our server; no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google) is established when you visit our website.
9. External Links and Social Media
Our website contains links to external websites (e.g. course portals, the Federal Employment Agency) and to our presences on Facebook and LinkedIn. When you follow these links you leave our website and the privacy policies of the respective providers apply. No data is transferred to these providers merely by the links being present.
10. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR);
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), unless statutory obligations or legitimate grounds require continued processing;
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR) to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation;
- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR) at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, simply email office@asgcon.de.
11. Right to Lodge a Complaint
Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:

12. Data Security
We use TLS encryption for this website and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, and unauthorised access by third parties.
13. Validity and Amendments
This privacy policy is effective as of August 2026. It may become necessary to amend it as our website and services evolve or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements. The current version can be accessed and printed on this page at any time. This English version is provided for convenience; the German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is authoritative.
