Asghar Consultants is an international education, recruitment, and workforce development organization operating between Germany, Pakistan, and Europe. In cooperation with our partner organizations, we support qualification programs, vocational training, skilled migration projects, and international educational initiatives. To strengthen our educational division, we are looking for a qualified and visionary professional as Head of Education Section (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Development and management of educational and vocational training programs
• Preparation of teaching plans and curricula according to German educational standards
• Coordination and implementation of measures under ISO 9001:2015-certified education structures
• Development of qualification concepts for vocational integration and skilled worker programs
• Preparation of training documentation and educational materials
• Coordination with authorities, educational institutions, and certification bodies
• Supervision of trainers, lecturers, and educational staff
• Monitoring educational quality assurance and compliance requirements
• Development of innovative learning and digital education concepts
• Support in accreditation and certification procedures
• Participation in international education and labor market projects

Your profile:

• University degree in Education, Pedagogy, Vocational Education, Educational Management, German Studies, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of the German education system and vocational training structures
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015-certified educational providers is highly preferred
• Experience in curriculum and teaching plan development
• Knowledge of labor market integration and qualification programs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and strategically
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• English language skills are an advantage
• Intercultural competence and international project experience are desirable
