This form may be used if you wish to cancel a contract concluded with AsgCon. Use of this form is not mandatory. An unambiguous cancellation in another form, in particular by email, is in principle also possible, provided the statutory requirements are met.

This form is based on the statutory model cancellation form pursuant to Annex 2 to Article 246a § 1 (2) sentence 1 no. 1 and § 2 (2) no. 2 EGBGB. The specific applicability of a right of cancellation depends on the respective contract and the statutory requirements.
